Will Mustin is a New York-based Writer, Director, and Editor.
He graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2016, where he studied Film Production with a focus in screenwriting.
He has worked for over 8 years in the film industry, including as an Editor and Creative Content Manager for Searchlight Pictures, working on the marketing campaigns for The Shape of Water, The Favourite, JoJo Rabbit, and Three Billboards. He now works as a freelance editor, cutting narrative films, trailers, reels, and music videos. He has won multiple Clio awards for his advertising and editing work.
Most recently, Will wrote and directed the short film, Yes, No, Goodbye, a romantic drama set in the 1920s.
It made a successful festival run, winning Best Drama at the Colorado Short Circuit Festival, Best First-Time Filmmaker, and Best LGBTQ+ Short at the Independent Short Awards.
Will is currently working on his first feature film, a coming-of-age comedy, shooting in 2024.
